Founded in 2010 by a small group of passionate hunters, the Foothills Branch has grown into one of the most successful local branches of the National Deer Association, with a goal of ensuring the future of deer, deer hunting and wildlife habitat for future generations.
The Foothills Branch sponsors several annual hunts for youth hunters as well as new adult hunters through NDA's Field to Fork program.
We organize many types of events, both social and educational, including banquets, oyster roasts, seminars and field days. Sign up for our email list to be notified about upcoming events.
The Foothills Branch partners with SC Hunters for the Hungry and has donated over 10,000 pounds of nutritious venison to Upstate SC charities. We also support the SC Department of Natural Resources with donations for special equipment needs.
